I love a good sports bra & wanted to link up some of my faves for you gals! I try to find the perfect balance of style & functionality so don’t worry – there are all emerson workout approved!
this alo yoga one shoulder sports bra was so good I bought it twice ~ not only is it super cute but it holds me up, too – wearing a size XS!

this align crop tank from lululemon is my go-to for a comfy athleisure day – it’s designed for yoga so there isn’t a ton of support, but it’s great for everyday wear – wearing a size 2!

you know I can’t get enough of my lululemon leggings – here are some of my faves! I’m 5’4” and the 23” or 25” lengths are my go-to!
wunder train leggings are my go-to! they are squat-proof & perfect for training classes. These are the high rise 25″ length! I sized up to a 4!

the fast and free leggings from lululemon are perfect for running! the 25″ length goes right above the ankle so there is no bunching at the bottom – I sized up to a 4!
these YPB 7/8 leggings from abercrombie hold up super well in classes & they’re so comfy – squat-proof too! I’m wearing a small!

if you’re in need of a workout hoodie, this scuba pullover from lululemon is the perfect! it fits a little oversized & is perfect to throw on before any workout! I sized up to a medium!
