I was so excited to get away with my bestie Lauren recently to Scottsdale, AZ. When I posted I was going there I got so many DM’s about how you are from the area so you all gave great recommendations! We were also able to see some of our blogger friends while we were in town. Read more to see where we ate and the fun goodies we got while shopping!
Where to stay in Scottsdale?
Lauren and I stayed at The Scott which was such a beautiful hotel. They are dog friendly and Coco had so much room to run around and play. We got a ground level room which was so nice with a dog because I could take Coco right out that door to use the bathroom.

Coco was such a good girl on the flight. This is not the first time Coco has traveled with me. Check out my blog post on Puppy Travel Tips!

What to eat and drink in Scottsdale?
Sunday night:
The first night we got some vegan mushroom tacos at Toca Madera. We also got a side of their brussel sprouts which were also amazing.

Monday:
We just got a quick brunch at The Scott and did some laying out. Coco was having the time of her life doing crazy zoomies on all the grassy areas.

We got Diego Pops for dinner and met up with our friend Melissa. This is such a cute spot with tons of Insta picture opportunities. I got brussel sprout nachos that came with an egg on top.

Tuesday:
Lauren and I went to the Modern Market Eatery where I got a chocolaty waffle and she got a more savory option of avo toast.

We went to the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall where we snagged ourselves matching pairs of Gucci shoes! Of course we also had to hit up the Sprinkles Cupcake ATM!

We went to the Canal Club for dinner in our new matching shoes! I got a colorful cauliflower veggie pizza!

Wednesday:
We took a day trip using Resort Pass to Hotel Valley Ho Spa where we met up with our friends, Nicole & MacKenna. I got a grilled cheese and chips while they all enjoyed healthy poke bowls around the pool!

Lauren and I got takeout from Olive & Ivy for our last night. I got their sweet potato cannelloni. It was amazing. We also got ice cream cookie sandwiches from Unbaked to end the night.

Other notable restaurants that you should check out : Butters for breakfast, Maple and Ash, Hash Kitchen, Prep and Pastry, Volanti, Blue Martini, Blanco Taco, Postinos, & Bevvys.
Other things to do in Scottsdale:

bachelorette edition!
We just got back from Scottsdale for Jenna’s bachelorette party! If you’re thinking about going to scottsdale for a bachelorette party or girls trip, keep reading! We had SO much fun & these are a few of my fave recommendations!
the montauk – hamptons/ east coast vibe, great food & music
oasis face bar – great bach party activity that isn’t just drinking! we were all glowing after

the drag bus – the gals had great energy, so many giggles & we all got up to dance.
jeni’s ice cream – a must for ice cream & have non dairy options!
az bounce co – the cutest inflatable bounce house! it was all decked out for the bride to be, it was a little workout & great photo op
vintage by misty – best designer selection of unique bags that’s i’ve honestly ever seen in store!

we planned so much of the weekend using the bach party app – it made planning, booking for the trip seamless. use code emerson on your next bach or weekend getaway for 20% off experiences
@scottsdalebachelorette on insta – so convenient! They fill the fridge & decorate your airbnb before you arrive!

We had such a fun time in AZ! I can’t wait to get back there to the sunshine again. Let me know if there are any other recommendations you have in the comments!
