After I shared how I lost 15 lbs in 2 months (read more here) I had a TUN of questions on my breakfasts and if I could share the recipes. So here we are! I rounded up my 3 favorite easy healthy breakfasts for you babes! I would love to see your creations on Instagram. Remember to tag me!


Chocolate Birthday Cake Oatmeal:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 birthday cake questbar
- 1/4 cup chocolate pb2
- 1/8 cup water
Microwave the oats + almond milk for a minute and a half. Stir and microwave at 30 second intervals until it is to the constancy you like. Break up the questbar and add to the hot oatmeal. In a small dish add pb2 in tbsp increments to the water and mix. Add the pb2 mixture to the oats and enjoy!


Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oatmeal:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 Cinnamon Roll questbar
- 1/4 cup chocolate pb2
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
Mix everything together in a jar minus the quest bar. Let sit overnight. Breakup the questbar and add in the morning. Enjoy!

Carmel Apple Oatmeal:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 apple diced
- 1 maple waffle questbar
- pinch of cinnamon
Microwave the oats, almond milk, apple and cinnamon for a minute and a half. Stir and microwave at 30 second intervals until it is to the constancy you like. Break up the questbar and add to the hot oatmeal. Enjoy!
