Happy Weekend! I hope you all have super nice weather like I do here in Minneapolis. I am hoping to spend some time outdoors this weekend. I am loving being able to get dinners out on patios now. It is such a nice way to be able to do some socializing while still social distancing. Keep your eyes peeled. I am hoping to get a blog post up with all of my 4th of July favorites. This week I have been working on something that has been highly requested by all of you. I have been filming all week every time that I eat a meal so I can show you all my diet and eating habits in a day on the plate vlog! Happy April! We are now 1/4 way through 2020, how crazy. Although March did seem like it lasted forever because of this quarantine life!
