breakfast brownie batter
calories: 286| carbs: 22.2 g | fat: 7 g | protein: 38.2 g
- 1/4 cup chocolate powdered peanut butter
- 1/8 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 scoop whey protein powder – natural vanilla
peanut butter parfait
calories: 325 | carbs: 19.7 g | fat: 8.5 g | protein: 46.6 g
- 4 tbsp powdered almond butter (or peanut butter, but there is more fat & cals in that)
- 100 g chobani greek yogurt
- 1 scoop whey protein powder – natural vanilla
- 30 g catalina crunch dark chocolate keto-friendly cereal or 30g purely elizabeth cinnamon peanut butter granola
kodiak power cakes
calories: 335 | carbs: 51 g | fat: 4 g | protein: 25 g
- 75 cup of kodiak cake power cakes mix
- 2 tbsp PB2 powder with cocoa
First, mix the kodiak cakes powder with water until you reach the right consistency and make your pancakes. Then, mix the pb2 powder with water and cocoa & drizzle it over top!
healthy chocolate protein yogurt

- 21 g whey protein
- 4 tbsp chocolate pb2 mixed with water
- 30g catalina crunch
cottage cheese & eggs
calories: 193 | carbs: 2.7 g | fat: 10.5 g | protein: 20.1 g
- .25 cup of organic small curd lowfat cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
